Photography services are provided by Zuzana Peterová, company ID 17471958, registered office Spálov 328, 742 37 Spálov, Czech Republic, not a VAT payer. Studio: Jívová, 783 16. Phone +420 605 146 406, e-mail foto@peterovazuzana.cz. The Czech version of these terms is binding.
2. Booking and payment
Family, maternity and newborn sessions can be booked online and paid by bank transfer using the QR code. For sessions with a deposit you pay only the deposit in advance and the rest on the day; otherwise you pay the full price in advance. Weddings, brand sessions and events are arranged individually.
3. Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise; the session can be moved to another date by arrangement. If you paid the full price in advance, cancellations 48 hours or more before the session are refunded in full, 24 to 48 hours before at 50%, later not at all. Under Czech law there is no 14-day withdrawal right for leisure services provided on a specific date.
4. Photos
You receive selected, edited photos via an online gallery. Copyright remains with the photographer; you may use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial use for brand sessions and events is agreed in the offer. Photos are only published with your explicit consent.
5. Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months, can be used once when booking on this website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Complaints
Contact me by e-mail or phone. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) handles out-of-court consumer disputes.
